desired finished product. It is in preparation for next step, machining or manufacture.

Bulk Forming Processes Including cold sizing, extrusion, drawing, forging, power metallurgy,

friction drilling and rolling. We are using heat or pressure to make a wokpiece to conductive

to mechanical force so it will meet our design requirements.

Sheet and tube forming processes including bending, coining, decambering,deep drawing

flowing forming, hot press hardening, spinning, shear forming, raising, roll forming, roll bending,

rubber pad forming, stamping, wheeling machine, etc. We totally select mechanical force at

room temperature.

Cutting processes including machining , burning, laser cutting, etc.

Machining processes including slot cutting, drilling and threading, rabberig, rounting, turning,

grinding, filing, etc. Generally we select mechanical force to shape of metal by removing

material to form the final shape we design.

Joining processes including welding, brazing, soldering, riveting.

Surface processes including heat treatment, plating, thermal spraying, powder coating, etc.
